Lagasnshil group was formed in 2081 in ward number 2 of Sanni Triveni rural municipality, Kalikot with 18 group members. The group is involved in regular discussions, problem identification and development of action plans. The community awareness and the active participation increased and group members are discussing the problems they are facing in the group meeting.

Laganshil group has the members from two settlements: Datakerne and Dhungakhala, both of the tol were facing the problems of drinking water. During the Code facilitation on the problem of drinking water, group members explained that a water source is already present within the community and after discussion on why water is not flowing from this tap, members explained that due to the conflict between Datakerne and Dhungakhala tol the damage was done to the water tap. The tap was broken because people from dhungakhala used to bath and wash clothes there and datakerne residents used to block the water, which lead to dispute and eventually damaged the water tap.

The group then discussed what could be done to repair the tap. They collectively developed an action plan in which members agreed to contribute available tools, one pipe, and cement to repair. According to the plan, a total of 19 people, 3 men and 16 women participated in the repair work using stones, soil, and pipes, the tap was repaired, and currently both Datakerne and Dhungakhala settlements are receiving regular water supply. Both the community members are now saying, we used to have frequent conflict over small things and we also destroyed the water tap that was necessary for our daily use. Now water is following regularly from the tap with the help of group work.
