Bakhat Bahadur K.C.

Chairperson

Mr. Bakhat Bahadur KC was elected Chairperson of Sahakarmi Samaj on April 10, 2025. He previously served as Treasurer (2019–2025) and Board Member (2016–2019), contributing to strategic planning and institutional growth.With a long history in community development, he worked as a Senior Community Educator (1997–2016) across several districts, promoting social empowerment and sustainable practices. Earlier, he served as a Resource Person with MS Nepal (1996) and also as a Community Eduactor with United Mission to Nepal (1994) where he contributed to community development initiatives in Lekhparajul and Ghadgaun.

Mitthu Kumari K.C.

Vice Chairperson

Mrs. K.C., currently serving as a Vice Chairperson, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education. She has been affiliated with Sahakarmi Samaj since 1998 as a staff in the post of Field Program Team Leader. Then, she was appointed as a head teacher at the government school. She has been on a board in different positions and roles. She has tremendous experience in the field of meeting facilitation, organization capacity development, organization management, and coordination. She has expertise in Child Rights and is a Child Right Activist.
