Biography & Achievements
Dikshya Ayer is a MEaL Professional who has been associated with Sahakarmi Samaj since 2024. She holds a MSc degree in Forest Science from the University of Padova, Italy, and in Forest and Nature Management from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, under an Erasmus+ Study grant. Currently serving as the MEAL Coordinator, she leads fundraising, results-based monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for multi-donor projects across Karnali, Sudurpaschim, and Lumbini Provinces, focusing on climate resilience, agroecology, and community empowerment. With a strong research background that includes the Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives (MoLMAC), she also specializes in data analysis, GIS mapping (QGIS/ArcGIS), R programming, and KOBO Toolbox. She has successfully delivered organizational MEaL training to partners like the American Himalayan Foundation as well as grassroots community-based network organizations.
