The 11^th National learning sharing conference of Community Based Network Organisations (CBNO) and the first national assembly of Community organisation development center (a national federation of CBNOs) were held from 2-4 May, 2019 in Gadhwa, Dang. The first day was focused on official inauguration of the entire program with the presence of more than 2,000 people, representing community groups, Main committees and Community Based Networks from Province 5, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province. The entire program was managed by dividing it into two parts: Inauguration and learning sharing, including election with the finalisation of declaration. On the same day, experiences were shared by the leaders of those CBNOs, CSOs and government representatives.  

The second day was focused on sharing the best practices within the CBNOs themselves, including lessons learned and challenges. On the basis of the shared lesson learned and challenges, a guiding strategy was made, followed by election for new executive committee. The first assembly had brought new committee of 7 members (F:3, M:4) on board for the next four years. A nineteen point declaration was prepared under the newly elected body, which was mainly focused on getting the attention of the government towards effective and sustainable local development needs of these provinces with people centered approach.
