Management Structure
The executive committee of the organisation led by Executive Director is responsible for delivering the programs as per the guidance of the Executive Committee, which has representation from people from different walks of life. The executive committee, elected every two years, is responsible for ensuring highest quality of work and collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure sustainability of its intervention. The executive committee in coordination with other stakeholders are involved in the whole cycle of programme management including monitoring and evaluation. The executive committee is responsible for providing strategic guidance and is involved in frequent monitoring and evaluation to ensure highest quality of programme intervention. Sahakarmi Samaj is trying to retain highest quality human resources for delivering its activities. The human resources are committed to the vision and mission of the organisation and have been contributing for a long time.
Similarly, the organisation conducts external evaluations to get feedback on its programme intervention from the third-party perspective. Such evaluations are helpful to get critical feedback on the programmes being implemented by the organisation and make necessary corrections.
Similarly, the organisation has different policies like Financial and Procurement Policy and Anti-Corruption Policy among others, to ensure transparency and maintain best use of the available resources. The organisation follows zero tolerance policy against corruption and misuse of funds. Regular internal and external audits are conducted to ensure transparency of its financial dealings.
