We take immense pleasure to commemorate late Mr. Narad Prasad Sharma, our source of inspiration and a dedicated individual who played an unparalleled role for our organization and institutionalization of FEST as our core modus operandi for engaging with the communities.
With the consortium of five organizations, the EU-funded project enhances participatory
and cooperative relationships between citizens and local governments by strengthening
public governance, accountability and transparency. It establishes cooperation and
dialogue among local governments, between local and provincial governments and
ministries to improve overall local service delivery and ensure reflection of local needs
in programs and policies.

Level) in the Context of the New Federal System in Nepal’ is a four-year European
Commission funded governance project implemented in three districts of Karnali province
by a consortium of five organizations. Sahakarmi Samaj (SS) from Kohalpur, Banke is the
lead of this consortium project and also the key implementer of the project in Kalikot and
Jajarkot districts.
